The practical side

Arriving:Please advise us of your arrival time so that we make sure we are here to welcome you. Rooms are usually ready from 12pm onwards.

Departing:Kindly check out by 10am.


Other facilities include a laundry room with tumble drier and an ironing board and iron. Visitor information is extensive and located in a little wooden chalet.

Provisions. For sundry items and newspapers there is a small shop half a mile from the site on the way to Helston. Helston itself has a 24hour Tesco and a Sommerfield in addition to a range of butchers bakers and greengrocers. Porthleven (2.5 miles) has a small supermarket and a quality fishmonger.
High street shopping. Helston has a number of high street shops, Penzance somewhat more and Falmouth the full range. Truro offers a large range of quality shops and markets.
