Did you know that you can now pay your outstanding holiday balance online? We’ve set up a new secure customer portal, where you can login at any time and settle any outstanding balance due on your forthcoming holiday with us via credit or debit card.
Making a payment online couldn’t be simpler! You may have already received an email reminding you that your balance is due (around 60 days before you’re due to arrive) with a link to the customer portal.
If you haven’t received this, don’t worry! You can find it by clicking here. It is also visible in the footer section of our website.
If this is the first time you have used this service you will first need to register. Have your booking reference ID to hand and please register or login with the email address you used to make your holiday reservation with us.
Please note – when you first register you will be sent a confirmation email. Dependent on your email settings, this may end up in your junk mail folder, so please check here as well as your inbox!
Once you have confirmed your email and logged in your list bookings will appear. Simply click ‘make payment’ on the booking you want to pay and follow the steps to put in your credit or debit card details. Once complete you will be sent a confirmation email – and that’s it!
