Terms and Conditions

  1. On booking a deposit will be required £100 per week for a holiday home hire or £50 per week for a touring pitch. If total holiday amount is less than £100, total amount of holiday will be due at time of booking.
  2. Payments can be received through our online booking system by debit/credit card.
  3. Balance of any holiday booked and reserved must be paid in full, 60 days before the holiday begins. Failure to do so will result in losing your deposit and the pitch being available to re book.
  4. Cancellation, if you cancel any monies cannot be refunded, please ensure you take out holiday insurance to protect against cancellation due to illness etc.
  5. BBQ’s are permitted, please do not place on the grass, ask owners for bricks to place them on. Under no circumstances are BBQ’s to be used on the static caravans that have decking.
  6. All of our Holiday Homes are strictly no smoking.
  7. You will be responsible for the cost of any damage you or your party cause to the Holiday Homes or its contents, or the campsite facilities.
  8. Your holiday accommodation must be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition. Failure to do so will result in a deep clean charge of £50.
  9. We do not provide bed linen, it is compulsory for you to bring sheets, duvet covers and pillowcases.  Failure to do so could result in a bedding replacement charge.
  10. Well behaved dogs are allowed in the Standard, Premium and Premium Plus with private garden Holiday Homes ONLY (chargeable £20 per dog, per week, maximum of 2 dogs), they must bring their own bedding and are not to be left unattended in the caravans under any circumstance.  All dogs must be kept off all furniture and bedding. All dogs must be under strict control at all times.
  11. Touring – up to 2 well behaved dogs (chargeable £2 per dog, per night, maximum 2 dogs), they are not to be left unattended on site. Please ensure all dogs are kept on leads and are under strict control and any dog mess is picked up and disposed of responsibly.
  12. Arrival times, Holiday Homes is 3pm, for touring pitches 12pm. Please do not arrive before unless the owners have agreed in advance.
  13. Please vacate your accommodation by no later than 10am of your departure date. Please ensure your accommodation has been left clean and tidy and in the way it was presented to you. If your Holiday Home is not vacated by 10am, you may be liable for a late departure cost of £50.
  14. Please vacate your touring pitch no later than 10am.  Please extend courtesy to the next guest arriving that day.
  15. If you require a late arrival time please notify us 48 hours previous to your arrival.
  16. Only persons entered on booking form will be accepted, any changes to your party please inform us prior to your arrival, as this can affect your booking.
  17. This is a family site so is suited to families and couples. We are sorry but we cannot accept groups of young people or single sex parties.
  18. Noise, please show some consideration to your fellow holiday makers and ensure that noise is kept to a minimum from 9pm to 9am.
  19. Pitches will be held up until 8pm on day of arrival unless prior notification is made, after that we reserve the right to re-let the pitch.
  20. We reserve the right to refuse any booking or to terminate a holiday at our discretion.
  21. We reserve the right to enter the holiday accommodation for purpose of maintenance or inspection.
  22. Children are not to be left unsupervised or unattended at any time.  Parents are responsible for their children.
  23. We provide clothes airers in all of our Holiday Homes, to maintain the appearance of the Park, do not leave any clothing or towels hanging on the decking.
  24. Pricing may go up and down through the course of the season and promotional offers may apply. Your booking is based on the price at the time you book, and cannot be amended to reflect variations in price subsequently.
  25. We cannot be held liable in the event of injury or accommodation, facilities or amenities being unavailable beyond our control.
  26. We disclaim all liability for loss and damage in respect of your personal property, equipment, vehicle, valuables or cash.
  27. In event of fire/storm or any natural disaster which makes your booked accommodation unavailable, we will try our best to provide alternative accommodation, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and refund your money if we can’t.
