Poldown Holiday Park is located only a short drive from the breathtaking Lizard Peninsula as well as some of Cornwall’s finest beaches and famous landmarks, including St Michael’s Mount Perfect for lovers of the great outdoors, there is so much to see and do – and all right on our doorstep.

Helston, which is only 5 minutes’ drive away, where you will find a Tesco, Sainsbury’s and a Lidl supermarket as well as variety of cafes, bars, restaurants, a cinema and a museum where you can discover the history of Helston.

Our arrival time is from 4pm.

Here you’ll find the space and privacy you need to enjoy a restful break near the south coast. On a clear night you can gaze at the most beautiful night sky, whilst listening to the owls hooting in the trees.

“Pretty, tranquil and centrally located for all attractions.”

Just returned from a lovely week at Poldown. Stayed in caravan 4, which was very clean, well equipped and everything worked as it should. The site is small, pretty and very tranquil, the only sounds are from the wildlife (tawny owls and green woodpeckers). We are older but I would imagine it’s a wonderfully safe spot to bring small children, away from traffic…

"Beautiful and peaceful"

Find a gem of a site, situated around 1/2 mile from the main road. the site is very tidy and well kept with lots of open spaces, we stayed in a standard caravan in the lower part of the site, only one other caravan on that part of the site, oh so quiet. The caravan had everything you need for a relaxing break. and everything in the van was clean and tidy, James and Emma have taken over the running of the site, and were on hand if any problems.

Another stay at the beautiful and tranquil Poldown Caravan Park.. I stayed in a beautiful Platinum Caravan with its own decking and garden. Its features all facilities you need and cozy and warm.. 2 bedroomed 2 bathrooms with a large lounge dinner. Its close to all the local supermarkets like Lidl and Sainsbury’s.
