Terms & Conditions

• Hoseasons booking terms are applicable for bookings made online or through the Hoseasons website.

• Bookings made via telephone or in person through Poldown directly require a £100 deposit per week at time of booking. Balances are due 60 days prior to arrival and can be made over the phone or via BACS. Failure to pay your holiday balance on time, will result in the holiday being cancelled and the deposit will be lost.

• If you need to cancel your holiday, all monies paid would be lost. We recommend you taking out your own holiday insurance in case of unexpected illness etc.

• Arrival time is from 4pm. We kindly ask that you do not arrive before this time to ensure we have adequate time to service your holiday home and maintain high standards of cleanliness.

• Keys will be in a key safe located to the front of the holiday home, the code will be emailed prior to arrival.

• We ask that you vacate your holiday home by 10am at the latest on your morning of departure.

• Linen and towels are provided for the number of guests booked to stay. Stays longer than 14 days will receive a change of linen and towels halfway through.

• Your holiday home must be left as you found it, in a clean and tidy condition. All rubbish must be bagged and placed in the appropriate bins. We do reserve the right to charge for additional cleaning if the holiday home is left inadequately.

• We kindly ask that the linen is stripped from the beds and piled with towels for collection on the morning of departure.

• Should you accidentally damage or break anything during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible. We may ask that you pay for damage that exceeds fair wear and tear.

• All of our holiday homes are non-smoking.

• We allow well behaved dogs in selected holiday homes. We ask that you bring their own bedding, and that they are kept off uncovered furniture and out of the bedrooms.

• Dogs must be always kept under strict control and on a lead when on the park outside of your holiday home.

• All dog mess must be cleared up immediately and placed in one of the dog bins provided.

• Please do not use barbeques on the wooden decking area. They can be used on the grass or gravelled areas as long as they are raised by a minimum of 6 inches.

• Children must always be supervised. Please do not allow children to roam the site unsupervised.

• Only persons listed on your booking form are allowed to stay on site. We do allow day visitors, however do ask that you provide the names in advance.

• Please show consideration to your fellow guests and ensure that unnecessary noise is kept to a minimum before 9am and after 9pm.

• We reserve the right to refuse and refund in full any booking prior to commencement of the holiday.

• We reserve the right to terminate a holiday early at our sole discretion should our terms and conditions not be adhered to. It is your responsibility to read these terms and conditions before booking.

• We reserve the right to enter holiday homes for purposes of maintenance, servicing and inspection as well as in emergencies. Wherever possible we will give appropriate notice.

• Our pricing structure and policy’s may vary during the season and we may apply promotional offers from time to time. Your booking is based on the price quoted and agreed at the time of your initial booking and cannot be amended retrospectively.

• We disclaim all liability for loss or damage to your personal property, vehicles and cash while on the site.

• We cannot be held liable for personal injury, however this may occur.

• We require you to use all facilities responsibly and if necessary with the appropriate supervision.

• Beyond providing a full refund, we cannot be held responsible for the unexpected unavailability of accommodation. due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
